Shipping Policy

Our common method of shipment is via Federal Express.   Other methods may be used if required.   The shipping rates we list are for deliveries within the United States.   Please call for all other shipment requirements.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt.   Some orders may be shipped within 48 - 72 hours dependent on holidays and weekends.

All damaged shipments will be replaced at no cost.   We will send a return-shipping label for the damaged product in addition to the replacement.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.   If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 10 days for a replacement or refund if applicable.  

Privacy Policy

Popcorn-N-That recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining your privacy and the privacy of those you are sending a gift.   The information we gather is important to process your order and ensure the individual(s) receiving the gift receive the correct item(s).   It also gives us the opportunity to send you updated information about the future items we will have available throughout the year.   The information submitted to us will only be used for Popcorn-N-That.

Optimization of this technology is best-viewed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.    Although we will make every reasonable effort to secure your personal information, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be one hundred percent guaranteed.
